Children learn faith-building stories from the Bible each week about the good news of Jesus.
We follow the Gospel Project Curriculum from Lifeway each Sunday morning
Faith-Building
We design our lessons, activities and songs to meet kids at their level of development and in a way that engages them.
Age-Appropriate
We prioritize child safety through volunteer training, background checks, clear policies, and our weekly check-in/check-out process.
Safe
We want every kid to leave with a smile on their face and joy in their heart.
Fun!
The following values characterize what we want kids and families

God has given parents the awesome privilege and responsibility to pass the gospel message to their children. This Family Discipleship Guide provides different ways you can help your child grow and thrive in areas of worship, prayer, reading God’s word, and joining the mission of Jesus.

Resources for Kids
We believe parents hold the primary responsibility in raising their kids in the ways of God. That’s why we offer opportunities for parents to dedicate themselves and their children to God on special Sundays throughout the year. If you are interested, please let us know and our Kids Team will reach out to you with more information!

You should expect your children to have an amazing time learning about God with amazing volunteers. You should expect them to thrive in a safe and secure environment. You should definitely expect to see a huge smile on their face when you pick them up!
Your child’s safety is our first concern. We do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our children including…
- Screen all Redemption Kids volunteers.
- Require training for all Redemption Kids volunteers.
- Restrict access to the RK Hallway for anyone besides parents, children, and volunteers.
- Utilize a name-tag and number identification system for check-in and pick-up.
- Employ scheduling procedures and volunteer/child ratios that optimize safety.
- Educate our volunteers about recognizing child abuse and encourage them to report any known or suspected abuse to church officials and/or to appropriate governmental authorities consistent with applicable laws.
- Adhere to a healthy child policy for admittance to Redemption Kids.
- Prevent and avoid any 1-on-1 time between volunteers and children.Redemption Kids is open to children birth through 5th grade. Our classroom structure is currently:
- Nursery (Birth-35 months)
- Preschool (3 years old - PreK)
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade
- Grades 2nd-5thWe suggest arriving 15 minutes early to give enough time to check-in and drop off your children, and then make it to the auditorium for worship. Children birth through 4-years-old are welcome to remain in Redemption Kids for the entire service. Children Kindergarten through 5th grade start out in the service with their families and are dismissed before the sermon each week. Even though these older kids start out in the service, we encourage families to still check their children in at the beginning of each service.
You may pick up your child at any time, but must pick them up shortly after the conclusion of the worship service
